I recommend you to visit your gynecologist as she will conduct the abortion. If done before 12 weeks by an expert the complications are less.
The gynecologist can terminate the pregnancy using abortion pills or Dilatation & Curettage or by aspiration. Do not try to take pills on your own as it may result in incomplete abortion.
