What Are The White Skin Flaps Around The Vagina?

Hello, I have just gotten out of the shower and I felt around my vagina and felt something I haven t really noticed before. I got a mirror and looked at it, it seems like I have these messy skin flaps and they re white around the edges and it right at the opening of my vagina.. Any idea to what it could be? It doesn t hurt but it does feel uncomfortable..
