What Are The Withdrawal Symptoms From Oxycodone 30 Mg?

I recently detoxed myself 3 weeks ago from 2 100mcg x 2days 180 30mg oxycodone/mo. My withdrawal symptoms have been over since about the 7th day. However I feel lazy, unmotivated, and a general feeling of malaise. I was on this medication for at least two years and some form of narcotic for knee and back pain. How long will this lazy feeling last and what can I do or take (natural and legal) to get me off my butt?
