What Are These Symptoms Of Dizziness At Night, White Foul Vaginal Discharge And Lower Abdominal Pain ?

Hi! what are the possible cause of my symptoms: dizziness at night, cold sweat in the morning around 6-7 am..i m having small amount of white foul vaginal discharge , loss of appetite , fatigue, left lower abdominal pain which radiates to my left pelvic. i just finished my menstruation and experiencing these symptoms for 2 weeks now.

welcome to healthcaremagic.com.DO you use tampoons during period? Could be you forgot to remove them? If yes please remove it as early as possible and visit a doctor for further treatment.
