What Are These Symptoms Of Frequent Urination, Penile Pain, Burning During Urination And Hurts While Coughing And Sneezing ?

Frequent urination ,penile pain and ball pain, burning urination.Med history:went to doc, uti came back negative, ultrasound showed no stones,definately no std because i am only 12 and have never had sex especially no unprotected sex.Please help,also no blood in urine .One doctor said it could be Acute Epididymitis ,what is this and what are it`s causes.It also hurts to cough or sneeze.Thank you in advance!

It is definitely epididymitis. Please seek help from a surgeon. The next step u should do is to get yourself a doppler
For now u do not need any antibiotcs. Take analgesics as prescribed by the surgeon
