Hello,

Red spots or rashes all over are generally caused by some allergy, infection, disseminated infection of the skin, irritations of the skin, it can be associated with hives itching.

You are suggested to get physically examined by a dermatologist. You may need antihistamines, you can use hydrocortisone cream for relieve.

If you are sexually active your dermatologist may tell you to get STD tests done to stay on the safer side, You may need antibiotics or antivirals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
