What Are Tips For Preventing Nightfall?

Sir I am of 16+ yrs and I am suffering from nightfall from 18 months nearely now-a-days its been seen on regular basis..and when I do gym at night near 9pm to. 10pm that day surely I will have nightfall..whats the reason sir....plz help me with some effective tips..

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Night fall is normal. Body produces semen whenever it is sexually aroused. That semen is collected and discharged at appropriate time through masturbation or during intercourse etc. Otherwise, it is discharged through night fall. Don't be alarmed of it.
