Hello
Serum cholesterol ratio is somewhat high (5:1 ) , serum uric acid is also high 8.5 mg ( When such type of person visit with this type of report at the age of 63 years I advise as follow.
You should be worried for your father but not too much. The cholesterol is not that high to be very worried.
Your father may easily get back to normal range .
I advise as,
1 High fiber diet , green leafy vegetable, fruits .
2 Cut down the processed food , white bread, dough nuts, white sugar , pizza should be avoided completely.
3 A 40 minute physical activity everyday like morning walk, evening walk, or a visit to gym or if possible swimming.
With these measures tour father will be alright within THREE months . After three months get in blood for these test and you will see the difference.
Good luck.
