What Are White Spots On The Penis Post Unprotected Sex Suggestive Of?

I have like 5 little white spots on the rim on my penis they don t hurt and they come up 2 days after I had unprotected sex. She went to the dr and they said she had a yeast infection. She said she didn t have any STDs and I m kinda embarrassed to go to a Dr and really don t have the money to go

Hi,

Noted the history about having yeast infection in your partner, had unprotected sex followed by development of 5 little white spots on the rim of penis.
This is surely an yeast infection, a condition called balanoposthitis.
I would advise you the following:
Clean the penis 2-4 times a day with plain water, no need of soaps or so.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally 2-4 times a day.
Use loose clothes.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Let the area be well ventilated.
This may clar off within a few days to a week.
If it does not then you may need additional prescription based medications and Metronidazole ointment to be applied locally.
Use condom every time.
Get blood sugar checked to be sure about not having diabetes.
If the problem is recurrent then you may need circumcision too.
