What Be The Cause Of Heaviness Around Forehead And Eyes Leading To Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi my husband has heaviness around forehead and eyes.its from past many months with periods of no heaviness and headache at all. He got his eyesight checked and got new specs. Now 2 days ago he got stressed about something n got heaviness again. There is no nausea, vomiting or light problem.He gets irritated during this heaviness n feels tired n sleepy with tired eyes.

Here nausea , photophobia or phonophobia , pain aggaravation by movement , flashes of light , unilaterality etc not present.
So it is not migraine.....

Your husband have simply stress induce tension headache.....

Stress should be avoided.
Yoga and daily exercise will be good for him to relieve stress.
If needed behavioural therapy can be taken.....
Basal leaves extract oil can be applied to relieve pain ....
Muscle relaxation and massage useful.

Advise him to avoid smoking and while working in computer take rest in between.
Support him while headache.

For chronic case amitryptillin can given.

Consult psychiatrist if needed.
