What Can I Do About Black Stool That Has Foul Smell Apart From Fatigue And Slight Nausea?

My stool smells like a perm. Its blackish, but has been for several years. I was recently in a physical confrontation with a pitbull. I lost. Maybe infection? Im kinda fatigued and always just a bit nauseous.. anxiety has been really high to, for no apparent reason.
