What Can I Do About Bodily Weakness, The Inability To Remember Things Or Retain Information When I Am In The Habit Of Masturbating Excessively?

Iam 25 years old. I have a problem from overmasturbation for over 9 years. Because of overmasturbation, I cannot retain information and cannot remember the things I learned from college. I don t know what I m going to do to recover myself from overmasturbation and also my body is very weak because of overmasturbation. Please help me with this problem
