What Can I Do About Brain Fog And Confusion?

Hi, I am experiencing a bit of confusion. It feels like I’m not connected to my body at times. I had a tooth break three weeks ago and had it removed a week and a half ago. My dentist told me there was no infection, but I still feel a bit of brain fog

At times dental materials, procedures, and oral health conditions can impact brain cognitive impairments like fog. Take eggs loaded & avocados daily to boost brain cells, memory and cognition. Take home-made nutritious food, under eating causes brain fog due to nutritional deficiencies. Take pumpkin seeds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, it is helpful to remove brain fog. Take 7-8 hours of sleep.

Maintain dental hygiene by brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing everyday. Good dental health reduces the chances of brain fog. Get timely treatment done, get your teeth get clinically assessed by a dentist to avoid the risk of cognitive impairments. Missing teeth can lead to difficulty chewing, which may contribute to nutritional deficiencies or promote changes in brain functions. To avoid dementia and Alzheimer's disease improve your oral health.
