What Can I Do About Continuous Bleeding After I Recently Got My Tragus Pierced?

Hi, I recently got my tragus peirced (on saturday). And today it started bleeding and i have tried cleaning it and applying pressure with a tissue to stop the bleeding but it wont stop. The blood in dripping out my ear and down my face constantly. It has been doing this for over 3 hours. What should i do?
