What Can I Do About Not Ovulating While Trying To Conceive At 32?

Hello Doc please I need your help.. I was diagnosed of endometrial adhesion last year and I have been on medication ever since. Last week I went for an ultrasound on the 20th day of my cycle and the result came out that my endometrium is normal measuring 8mm. Does it mean that the adhesions are no more and my endometrium is free? I haven’t been ovulating too. I am 32yrs trying for a baby.. What can I do?

Hi,

Please send ultrasound, FSH, LH, GNRH, T3, T4, TSH, Progesterone, Estrogen, and HCG; these are blood hormones tests through. Yes, it is almost normal or little less but I will tell exactly on medication after these reports and for guidance on the baby too. Plus, I will suggest meditation techniques, which can help in reducing stress and normalizing hormones and helps in ovulation after medicines.

I hope this helps. Take care. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
