What Can I Do About Recurrent Fever Despite Administering Calpol To My Child?

Hi My son is 3.6 years old. He is suffering from cold and fever from last 4 days. His fever went upto 102. After two days, he was fine and was playing. But again today, he is having fever 101.9. i am giving calpol 250. Pls suggest if any other medicine need to give.
