What Can I Do About Signs Of Rheumatoid Arthritis When I Am Considering A Breast Reduction Or Weight Loss Program?

Hello, I am trying to decide to either get a breast reduction or weight loss program. I am 55 years old and I would like to get a physical to see where to see what is better for me at my age and health. Dont have an MD but I have someone in mind. What is my first step? I am health but I do see signs of rumatoid arthritis in my fingers.
