What Can I Do About Soreness At The Anus After Some Rough Sexual Activity?

3 days ago I was fingered vigorously at a birthday party by a friend through my shorts. Ever since then my butthole has been in constant pain and I can barely sit down. Since then I have been applying hemorrhoid cream but the condition has not improved. I have no idea what it actually is. Thank you for any help!!!
