What Can I Do About Soreness In The Right Calf After Taking A Flight?

I am 61 year old male, I travel monthly on business for 12 years, usually 12 hour overseas flights with no adverse effects. Flew to Hawaii last Wednesday, 5 hour flight, have had soreness in right calf since arrival. Concerned about possible blood clot.
