What Can I Do About Stunted Physiological Growth After Attaining Puberty?

I was masturbate before puberty and when puberty hit me.there was often nightfall just two or three times a week.and then I have constipated regularly and all my growth related to muscles,height and mental growth just stop. Please advise me what to do
