What Can I Do About Wet Cough, Fever, And Breathing Problems In A Child?

Good afternoon Doctor My son of age 10 years (wt: 34kgs) is suffering with cough from 7 days...and we used the syrup asthaline...but no use now he is having wet cough with mucus, cold and fever from 2 days... Using P500 5ml for every 6hours, today at 2.00 pm started to give ASCORIL LS dose of 2.5ml... He is having headache too and now today at 2.45 pm told that he is having breathing problem... suggest me...
