Hi im 23 and had a cartilaginous ring or band forming around the glands of my penis since i was 14, slowly becoming more prominent as the years went on, until fully encircling the penis at age 17, i had no problems with it until age 21 when the band began to tighten or my penis grew, causing discomfort or sometimes pain when attaining strong erections, it feels remarkably like this ring is now constricting the expansion of my erections, and even changing the shape of my erect penis, whenever i tense my sphincter muscle whilst holding an erection i can literally feel this band binding the upper part of my penis. up till now 3 different doctors have shrugged off the the problem since they can't view the symptoms accurately with an un-erect penis, saying its scar tissue and that it will soon fade..... it's been almost ten years since a GP first gave me that seemingly positive news and since then the condition has only worsened, what can i do ?? please help
