What Can I Do For Constant Nighttime Urinary Leakage And Medications Worsen My Sjögren’s Syndrome Symptom Of Extreme Dry Mouth?

I have constant leakage. No pads (& I have tried them all) will absorb it all during the night (even with an extra pad or 2 stuck inside the adult garment (pull up or wrap around). Three urologists have told me I am not a candidate for the surgery to suspend the bladder. I have Schogren's Syndrome (extreme dry mouth), so the pills to help leakage only make matters worse. I frequently awake to a wet sheet protective pad. Any other suggestions?
