What Can I Do For Intense Pain In The Abdomen And Back After Coughing?

Doc, i don't feel good. My body was really warm last night, and i was freezing. I eventually fell asleep, but i didn't sleep at all. I was freezing the whole night, my eyes hurt, and when i cough, i feel this intense pain in my abdominal area and back. Any idea on what i have or what i can get to feel better?
