Hi,
If you have always had regular 28-30 day cycles, you should test for the absence of periods for so long. In the wake of repeated negative HPTs, it is unlikely that you could be pregnant. Though, you should still exclude/confirm pregnancy through a blood test and a trans-vaginal sonogram after evaluation by an expert. If pregnancy is excluded, you need to be evaluated for the cause of amenorrhea or absence of periods via further investigations and get further management. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
