What Can I Do To Manage Persistent Heartburn, Sore Throat, And Mouth Ulcers While Stressed And Unable To See A Doctor During Exams?

Hi Im 24yrs i developed constant heartburn since last year i get better on PPI and my symptoms are back without them,im medical student and im always stressed i did endoscopy last January and it was clear, recently i stopped taking the ppi due its side effects but my heartburn are consistant and i developed sore throat and mouth ulcer after waking up, im in my middle of exams now cant go to see my doctor so can you help? Thank you
