What Can I Do To Manage Severe Constipation With Bleeding Without Relying On Laxatives While Taking Primolut Long-term?

Hi I am taking primolut the last 2 weeks and I am suffering terrible with constipation, every time I open my bowel it is causing me to bleed after. Could you suggest something please? I will be taking primolut for the next 6 months so I don’t want to become reliant on laxatives. Thank you
