What Can I Do To Prevent Sudden Dizziness & Faint ?

I am on my P and its extra heavy this time. all thru the day ive been feeling like im going to faint any second, and sudden dizziness . my cousin was in the same situation once and fainted in the shower. what can i do to prevent this? didnt expect such a large response, thank you :D

this has happened to me four times in my life (the fainting). you can feel it coming on. when you do, if you are at work or school, get a ride home - DO NOT drive yourself. drink lots of cool water and get into a nearly scalding hot bath until the "wooziness" passes.
