What Can I Do To Relieve The Nerve Pain In My Right Hand, Wrist, Neck, And Back?

I m 20 years old.I am suffering from the nerve pain. The portions which cause pain are right hand,wrist,neck,and back,all at the right Side. Unable to bear that pain...it is not letting me to do any work like writing....Please provide solution to this pain
