What Can I Do To Stay Comfortable During Hernia And Hydrocele Surgery Recovery While Managing Dialysis And A Severe Bed Wound?

I have to have a hernia and hydrocele surgery the same day. Weeks before I knew about this I was in the hospital in a coma for 10 days and I end up with a very bad bed wound. That’s still being treated. But the surgery has to be done. And I have dialysis 3 days a week. Nether one can wait. I just know it’s going to be uncomfortable hurting in the front and back. What’s the best way to be comfortable. Should I do dialysis at a hospital or continue going where I always go? What can I do to fill comfortable is my question and the surgery no way I can wait on that
