What Can I Do To Stop From Sneezing Inspite Of Having Septoplaty And Rhinoplasty?

I had my surgery on Thursday 20 Februart 2014, from 18 days, and I'm sneezing 6-7 times or more in a day, I usually don't sneeze, maybe just 1 te in a year.
It's getting annoying and I don't know the reason.
Why after a septoplasty & rhinoplasty will I sneeze too much?
I'm so worried.
And I'm spraying the Propolaid Rhino spray, but I still sneeze and I feel my nose is kinda blocked.
Help me please!
What can I do to stop from sneezing?
And to get my nose open?

U DONT NEED TO WORRY FOR THIS. ITS VERY COMMON AFTER NASAL SURGERY ESP. AFTER RHINO AND SEPTOPLASTY. IT WILL SETTLE DOWN SOON. IT GENERALLY TAKES AROUND 6 WEEKS TO HEAL AFTER NASAL SURGERY. NASAL BLOCKADE WILL GO COMPLETELY ONCE HEALING OCCURS. U PROBABLY HAV DEVELOPED AN ACUTE COLD POST SURGERY. CONSULT UR ENT DOCTOR, HE WILL PRESCRIBE U ANTIALLERGICS FOR THE SNEEZING.
