What Can I Do To Treat A Tender Bump With Pus On The Labia Minora That Hasn T Improved In 3 Days Despite Sitz Baths?

Have a tender bump on labia minora, it has a white spot on it so I m assuming there s pus inside. Not sure what do about it. Has been 3 days, I ve tried to remedy with sitz baths but not much progress. Any medicine or home remedy I could try? It is a recurring issue. Most times it would heal quick on its own but not this time.
