What Can I Do When Concerta Is Not Helping To Alleviate Chest Pain Which Occurred While Having Adderall?

My duaghter has just stopped taking Adderall 10mg steady release due to chest pains. She was prescribed concerta 18mg slow release and has felt absolutely nothing from the concerta. She says it doesn’t help her focus at all. Should she be on a higher dose or a different med?
