What Can I Give My Child For Fever, Stomach Pain, And Loose Motions That Hasn T Improved With Calpol And Vizylac?

Hello Sir, My daughter 6.5yr (weight 17.5kg), having fever from last 2 days and loose motion along with stomach pain. I have been giving her Calpol 250/5ml and vizylac 5ml, but she still not having any relief in loose motion and stomach pain. Please advise
