What Can I Give My Child For Persistent Fever Despite Ibugesic Plus Every 6-7 Hours?

My son is 6 years old. He has a high fewer since yesterday morning. I am giving him ibugesic plus at 6-7 hrs interval 5ml. His weight is 19 kg but the fever is coming & going somtimes fever is going till 102. Plz let me know if any other medication will work
