What Can I Use To Relieve And Heal Dry, Itchy, Peeling Skin After Cellulitis, And Should I Use An OTC Or Prescription?

I have cellulitis. I have had oral & IV antibiotics and the swelling is gone. Now I have dry, itchy, peeling skin. I think in some areas it has peeled 3 times. Those areas are painful, especially when there are dry pieces of loose skin. Is there anything I can put on these areas for relief and to help heal? OTC or perscription? Thank you for your help.
