What Can A Bump Near The Groin, Which Resembles A Blood Blister, Indicate?

I am a 23year old man with what looks like a blood blister on the inside of my left leg, near the groin. But this bump hurts unlike a blood blister and it is making a vane stand as it passes through the bump. The bump is about the size of a grape. Any idea what it is? It was there when I got up today.
