General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sounds cellulitis stage from some sort of bacterial infection involving some sweat gland or else; which is quite common in absence of injury.

Primary relief with ice application, tablet ibuprofen (if no history of drug sensitivity) and follow up after 24 hours about the progress and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
