What Can A Small Brown Spot On The Back Mean?

I have a small brown spot on my back. 3 days ago a doctor told me it was a worm under my skin probably from lying on dog faeces and gave me Otocomb Otic ointment plus 6 WormRid chewable tablets. As the mark was a bit sore but not itchy I saw another doctor today who said it was a harmless aging spot. What is your opinion please doctor. Kind Regards Patrick
