What Can Be A Better Alternative For Premature Ejaculation ?
iam suffering from premature ejaculation . iam taking duralast 60mg at present which is not serving my problem.. can u pls suggest me some alternative

Premature ejaculation can be due to no. of reasons. The most common is due to anxiety, low self esteem, mental, physical, emotional or financial stress or previous sexual repression.
Dapaoxetine is the only approved drug for it. It is basically anti-anxiety drug. Physical exercises, meditation, relaxation should really help you. Sildenafil citrate, a drug used of erectile dysfunction has shown to improve PMJ upto some extent in some studies by improving confidence level.
In extreme refractory case of no response the intracavernous drug injection can be tried in hospital setting.
The best treatment would be positive thinking and enhancing confidence in your sexual capacity.

HI welcome to H.C.M.Forum. your problem is more psychological than organic. it depends upon you are married or not. unmarried will have problem due to fear and tension. that needs anxiolytics with the advise of a sexologist or physician. if married v.d.r.l ,h.b, and other screening tests to be done and treated accordingly.in the mean while practice meditation or yoga. take balanced diet, fruits, excess of water e.c.t.
