What Can Be Done About Restless Sleep Which Makes The Patient Remove A-PAP Machine Apart From Experiencing Stomach Pain?

My Husband was in the er on Tuesday night with stomach pain. He was prescribed Bentyln and released wit instructions to take 20 Mg. 4X a day and to make aN APPT. W/ A SURGEON. HE IS HAVING restless sleep symptoms such as reaching in the air and pulling on his sheets and trying to pull off his A-PAP (he said he was trying to get the broom off his nose). Should he stop the medication?
