General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history about your son and understood the concerns.
Pain in abdomen with vomiting in a boy of 13 should be investigated for proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the stool for lab test.
Tests of blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Continue the medications like O2H.
Add on antispasmodic, PPI like Omeprazole, antacids and Domperidone for vomiting.
Probiotics, activated charcoal tablets and so on as needed.
Review with your Doctor regularly till cured.
Electrolyte solution and Intravenous fluids if there is much weakness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon.
