What Can Be Done For Itchy Slightly Raised Rash On Upper Chest And Throat?

Itchy slightly raised rash on my upper chest and throat, only red when I scratch it. Skin looks thickened and shiny from chronic scratching with skin coloured lumps. I m 45 healthy female no prev allergies. Affected area about 5x5 cm and present for 4-5 months getting worse/bigger.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of skin folds is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
