Hi
I understand that you had a cyst in the left Ovary which eventually bursted. Also you suffer from mid cycle spotting. having cysts in the ovary is quite common and generally not troublesome if they are smaller than 5 cm. For the mid cycle spotting make sure your cervical / Pap smear is upto date. Also it's a good idea to get screened for any stds. You can ask your doctor for a prescription of contraceptive pills . It would help with spotting as well as the cysts.
Let me know if you have any queries.
Thanks
