What Can Be Done For Painful Tighten Area Under Ribs?
I was in a car accident 7 years ago and i broke three ribs on the left side and three on the right side, now under my ribs I feel a tighten area like a charlllie horse under my ribs and sometime it is really painful, My Dr keeps telling me it is the musules and they will come out of it after awhile, what do you think?

hi chest trauma leaves long term marks in some people. ribs take much longer to heal than other bones, and so are chest muscles, as they hardly rest. do not worry and you will get better over time.
