What Can Be Done For Unablility To Burp?

sir, since 8 years, I am unable to burp causing my stomach to bloat and ultimately to go to wash room. I got tested for endoscopy and colonoscopy results say Lax Les while doctors suggesting me not to worry as it is not an problem but it is annoying everyday. kindly suggest email: YYYY@YYYY

Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
I think you should discuss with your doctor about taking a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
Also , you should not go to bed immediately after meals.
Take small frequent meals instead of 3 large meals.
No smoking.
Soft , bland diet.
