Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As you told that you have PCOD and Hypothyroidism and with metformin, you had gastritis or bad tummy issues. First of all, i want to know about your body weight and your standing height.. Because i want to calculate your ideal body weight then accordingly we can plan for you.. but for weight reduction, life style modification is 1st and most important step.. you have to 1st change your life style like your eating pattern, exercise and your working.. Life style depends on so many factors...if you will loose some weight that will help in both your PCOD and hypothyroidism treatment.. I want to know about your Thyroid profile also..
I suggest you, kindly consult your Endocrinologist for further treatment and evaluation..
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
