What Can Be Done If Dilaudid And Oxycontin Are Taken In Double Dose?

I am prescribed dilaudid and oxycontin. I think I accidently overdosed as I forgot I took a dose...meaning I took a dose, forgot I had taken it and retook it. This was about 6 hours ago. An hour after taking the second dose I started having trouble breathing when I was sleeping. i got up and ir has gotten much better. I can tell that it is wearing off as well as the back pain from the surgery is slowly starting to return. When do you think it is safe to return to regular scheduled doseage use?
