What Can Be Done To Cure Shallow Breath?

My wife went outside on a very rainy and windy evening and had a kind of a attack , problem breathing and could only take shallow breaths. I understand there was some fear due to it being dark and kind of scary but days later she still can only breath shallow or she feels pain.

It appears she got lung infection. Lung can be examined by auscultation.If required x-ray chest to be taken. Blood haemogram can be done. With all the result diagnosis can be made. Now required treatment can be given probably a course of antibiotic to be given.
