What Can Be Done To Heal A Swollen Scar Tissue On The Lower Lip?
Hi, I had a fall over a year and a half ago when I almost hit through my lower lip. I have had scar tissue since then, but it has never caused me pain or was extremely noticeable. Now, some of it is swelling. It’s very hard, uncomfortable when I touch it, and noticeably more raised than before. This has been for about two weeks now. Is there anything I can do for this?
It may be hypertrophic scar caused after healing of the traumatic injury. Apply hyaluronic acid gel. Intradermal triamcinolone injection might enhance the reduction of the lesion. Cap vitamin E may be taken for a long time.
